How do I sign up?

Once you’ve purchased a subscription,  your account manager will schedule a meet-and-greet to walk you through our robust onboarding program. We know the prospect of learning new technology can be intimidating, especially on top of your daily responsibilities.

ChangeSync is committed to your success, which is why we’ve designed an onboarding experience to empower our users with the knowledge and skills they need to confidently use our platform.

Your onboarding plan includes an account manager to answer questions and provide first-hand guidance, personalized training and set-up for administrative users, which includes security-role assignment and resources to quickly learn ChangeSync’s functionality and features.

Plus, clients have access to our library of self-help guides and tips to get the most of ChangeSync’s reporting, tracking, and project management capabilities.

What data can I import?

Administrative users can import employee and organizational data using CSV files. ChangeSync provides sample files and templates with examples of data and guidelines to follow when entering information.

Additionally, as part of user training and onboarding, we’ll review data importing steps, tips, and best practices.

Is my data safe?

Rest assured that your data is secure!

ChangeSync is hosted on the Heroku Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), which uses an Amazon Web Server (AWS) based in the U.S.. Heroku is a service based on a managed container system, with integrated data services and a powerful ecosystem, for deploying and running modern apps.

Daily monitoring by New Relic, a software layered over ChangeSync, ensures optimum performance of ChangeSync’s data-analysis functionality.

What customization does ChangeSync offer?

We know change management isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach or experience. ChangeSync’s customization options support any change activity, methodology, and approach.

During the discovery and onboarding process, your account manager will review customization offerings depending on your organization and project’s unique change needs. Below is a sampling of some ways in which ChangeSync lets you incorporate your organization's logo and color palette:

• Our library of change management tools & templates such as roadmaps, readiness assessments, and change impact analyses
• Unique naming conventions for project activities and initiative categories
• Branded and customizable in-system surveys
• Upload your own unique templates and in-house materials 

Is ChangeSync compatible with change management methodologies?


ChangeSync is designed as a change management solution for everyone, so we intentionally made it industry and methodology agnostic.

Whether you ascribe to a specific change management framework (Prosci, Kotter, McKinsey, etc.) or are simply looking for change management software to complement your own in-house approach—ChangeSync uses components and data that are universal to any change project or industry.

Do I have to be a change management professional to use ChangeSync?

Absolutely not!

Can I start and stop using ChangeSync at any point?

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Subscription cancellations must be emailed to the customer's account manager and will take effect the month following receipt of the cancellation request.

Note: Payments are made through the month regardless of when the subscription is cancelled. For example, if the subscription is cancelled on January 10, the full month of January is billed.  

What happens to my data if I stop using ChangeSync?

Cancelled account data remains in the system for 6 months, unless otherwise requested.
